​Mr. Michael Kirtdoll is the Director of Bands at Lindley Middle School. He enjoys using music to teach students responsibility, commitment, team work, discipline, and how to be creative in a musical environment. His educational background includes Clark Atlanta University, Mississippi Valley State University, University of West Georgia, and Kennesaw State University. Besides teaching, Mr. Kirtdoll enjoys performing and spending time with family. ​

​Mr. Esteban Parra is a recent Graduate from Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida. During his time there, he was the Vice President of the National Association for Music Educators (Nafme) and Principal Saxophonist in the top symphonic group. He is also a product of Mableton, having graduated from Pebblebrook High School. Mr. Parra is passionate about sharing his knowledge with the community and hopes to help make Lindley one of the best Middle Schools in Cobb County.
